BASE SERVICE FEES
All shop servicing is accompanied by a complimentary “Case Heat Management Check”, which comprises of an internal computer case dust cleaning service.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
| Diagnostic Fee | $40 |
| For all unknown computer faults an up-front, non-refundable fee of $40 applies. Extra labour fees may apply if repairs have been approved. (Conditions apply). |

| Minimum Labour Charge | $65 |
| For any tasks other than those specified on this page, a minimum charge of $65 for the first hour will be applied to labour to a maximum of $199 if expected. Wherever possible a quotation will be given to fix the total cost. (Conditions apply). |

| Virus and Spyware Removal | $165 |
| If your computer is slow, or you regularly experience strange pop-ups or other peculiar behaviour then there is a good possibility that your computer has been infected by a Virus or Spyware. Computer Origins uses the latest threat fighting tools and strategies to clean and secure your computer. (Conditions apply). |

| Reinstall Windows | $165 |
| If you’re trying to cope with a computer that is too slow and sluggish to bear, then wiping your hard drive and reinstalling Windows might be just the ticket to give your computer a new lease on life. (Conditions apply). |

| Hardware Upgrade | $120 (parts extra) |
| If purchasing a new computer system to replace your dinosaur is not quite within your budget, then you can consider upgrading parts of your existing hardware to make your computer store more, do more or be faster. (Conditions apply). |

Computers are subjected to a barrage of installs, uninstalls, infections and wear and tear that can inevitably lead to poor performance. A Computer Service may be just what you and your computer needs to feel complete again!
