As a Small Business Owner we are delighted to have found Richard and Computer Origins.

Richard, the driving force behind Computer Origins has been my "go to" computer geek for about 6 years now. He patiently puts techno-babble into plain English that even a "newbie baby boomer" can understand.
His integrity is impeccable, time keeping is precise & customer service skills are something most other business owners should copy & use in their own businesses.
His shop is neat & tidy & organised and Richard himself is truly one of life's gentlemen. We correspond on technical matters at least once a week on average. Make Computer Origins part of your "go to" team!!

I would just like to thank you for all the help given by yourself in sorting the problem with our computer. The service received was way above the normal service I would have expected to receive. You kept me updated with the repair and offered very good advice, always friendly, nothing was to much trouble even when there was no profit in it for yourself. I have dealt with numerous computer shops in the past and never have I received such an excellent service before. I would recommend your shop without hesitation to anyone.

Thanks for the work you did on my crashed computer, a couple of weeks ago. For "feedback"... I appreciated the time you spent in listening and noting my list of problems, and then after the service, explaining what you had done and checking to see if I was happy! My computer now runs much better and quicker! I recommend your business to my classes - you were patient and honest about the viability and cost effectiveness of enhancing an older computer!

As a business person who is constantly working on computers, I need to know I have a reliable service person behind me who can repair or attend to my computer problems. I have been very fortunate to have found Richard who has been attending to my computer problems and needs just under the last 3 years and not only found him excellent at what he does, but extremely reliable and helpful if you need advice regarding computers, software, Programs etc. I would certainly recommend Richard to any person for computer repair related services.

Computer Origins has given me up to the minute advice with good old-fashioned service. It’s nice to walk into a computer shop where you feel welcomed and listened to attentively, not to feel as though you’re intruding in their personal domain. Richard is very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for him even though my purchases have not been big in dollar terms, I felt like a valued customer.

Donald has had an ongoing working relationship with Richard for the past year, the work was always “computers”.
Laptops and Desktops have been sick and at deaths door when Richard is brought in to lay healing hands and facilitate recovery.
